COVID Vaccination: COVID19 vaccination is strongly encouraged for the contract. Exemption forms are provided upon request which will be reviewed by the Occ Board for the next steps.

Travel Policy: Local travelers who reside within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered for this need but are welcome to apply for a perm position.

• Ability to formulate an individual plan of care revise the plan as indicated by the patients response to treatment and evaluate the overall plan for effectiveness.
• Coordinates and supervises patient care as necessary.
• Demonstrates an ability to organize and prioritize job functions.
• Utilizes assessment data to identify patient care needs including patient education and discharge planning.
• Recognizes and reports abnormal assessment data and incorporates findings into the plan of care: validates and revises expected outcomes based on assessment.
• Accurately and legibly documents all patient care activities including but not limited to wound assessment patient care teaching demonstrated progress toward goals medication administration nursing flow sheets and all assessment forms.
• Delegates tasks to the health care team members appropriately.

• 3 years CURRENT MS experience
• Previous travel experience required (at least 6 mos)
• Tele/Progressive Care Experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
• EPIC EMR experience REQUIRED
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)

• Active NH or Compact License is required at the time of submission. The facility will not pend an RN license.
