Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in the Womens Care Unit with a focus on individualized care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and provide timely interventions as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and wellness.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in California.
- Experience in womens health or related nursing fields is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
