Description of the assignment/assistance
For the hospital projects in Oslo the project organization for Our Client needs a resource that can assist and strengthen the work with ICT Architecture in the planning and implementation of ICT deliveries to the Life Sciences building new Safety Psychiatry new Aker and new National Hospital at Oslo.
Our Client has been given responsibility for managing the supply of ICT to the new hospitals and will through Sykehuspartner HF (SP) deliver ICT infrastructure (computer networks ICT equipment etc.) as well as services to integrate equipment with various ICT solutions at Oslo University Hospital . There will also be a need for assistance from Oslo University Hospital HF to adapt the solutions to new buildings and new equipment.
The consultants duties
There is a need for a resource that can assist the project management with:
Ensure effective scope management through the practical use of business architecture
Contribute by connecting information and application architecture in a coherent way
business architecture
Contribute to establishing good processes in the architecture work and collaborate with other domain and area architects
Contribute to the clarification and management of scope
Our Client uses Omega365 as a project management tool dRofus for equipment programming and Safran for progress planning. Sykehuspartner uses BizzDesign as its EA tool for ICT Architecture. The project manager must assist in establishing a plan based on the use of these tools in the implementation.

Professional qualifications
It is a prerequisite that you have education as an engineer/civil engineer/master. Candidates without formal education but with extensive relevant experience may also be considered.
Furthermore the offered consultant must be able to document qualifications in one or more of the following areas:
Good knowledge of architectural practice within the various architectural domains
Experience from practical enterprise architecture and use of TOGAF as a framework
Desirable with documented experience as a business architect from major change programs in the specialist healthcare service
Good business understanding of ICT
Experience with and expertise in the architecture of solutions with statutory security requirements within the healthcare sector
Documented experience with modeling business architecture in tools (for example
Archimate Sparx Enterprise Architect Bizzdesign)
Experience from running and preparing complex architecture and design processes through modeling according to e.g. ARCHIMATE/BPMN/UML.
Scope: 100% position from autumn 2024 possibly with a gradual start before the summer or by further agreement.
Duration until 2025 with an option for further extension.
Place of work: The project office is located on Sk yen in Oslo but it may be appropriate to be moved to a local project office near the construction site.
