Job Description
- Own and manage the recurring Accounting processes including end of month or payroll
- Support external partners in keeping accurate accounting records for multiple entities
- Own the Controlling processes to ensure accurate visibility on business performance
- Drive forecasting by engaging with different teams to understand their budget needs
- Manage cash flows needs
- Collaborate with our Tech team to enhance our product (you are a target user)
- Scale processes make suggestions drive improvements
- Manage the daytoday of Finance and act as a sparring partner for the function Head
What we are looking for
- At least 45 years of PQE accounting experience in a Big Four or fastpaced startup environment and are eager to learn and progress your career in Finance.
- You have a Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting and have completed your accounting qualification
- Passion drive and great communication skills
- You have experience with ERP systems you re familiar with IFRS; Xero or Zero Books/Payroll are a plus
- A quantitative and analytical mindset and know how to use data as the basis of your decisions
- You don t shy away from a challenge and are able to perform in a fastpaced and continuously changing work environment
- You re proactive ambitious and make things happen
- Fluent in English
