Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations of the laboratory ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Manage and mentor laboratory staff fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Implement and maintain laboratory policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and highquality results.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patient care and improve laboratory services.
- Monitor laboratory performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
- Manage budgets staffing and resource allocation to optimize laboratory effectiveness.
- Stay current with advancements in laboratory technology and best practices.
- Bachelor s degree in Medical Technology Business or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of laboratory regulations quality assurance and safety protocols.
