Job Description

Overview

The HR Recruiter Intern plays a vital role in supporting the recruitment process by sourcing screening and assisting in the selection of qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. This position is crucial in ensuring a continuous pipeline of top talent to meet the companys staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in crafting job descriptions and job specifications
  • Source potential candidates on various online platforms
  • Screen and shortlist candidates for open positions
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews
  • Participate in interviewing and assessing candidates
  • Conduct reference checks on potential candidates
  • Maintain candidate databases and organize resumes
  • Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks as needed
  • Contribute to the development of HR recruiting strategies and initiatives
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
  • Stay updated on HR and recruitment best practices
  • Provide administrative support to HR and hiring managers
  • Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fastpaced work environment
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment is a plus
