Job Description
- User Research
- Conduct user research interviews surveys polls and usability tests to understand potential user needs preferences usage patterns and behaviours.
- Information Architecture
- Propose and define the information architecture user flows and screen flows for mobile app website or HMI for seamless and uniform user experience from requirements.
- Interaction Design
- Design intuitive and visually appealing UI elements around mobile apps(ios Android) Web apps Website and widgets for our digital assets.
- Wireframing and Prototyping
- Create and propose wireframes and interactive prototypes to give Visual Design Team an idea of features and elements.
- UI Design
- Benchmark create or propose basic user interfaces including screen layouts navigation elements and interaction patterns.
- Collaboration
- Work with crossfunctional teams to align on design goals source relevant data and share reports for essential cross functional requirements.
- Heuristic Evaluations
- Conduct heuristic evaluations on the vehicles tangible elements identifying potential usability issues and proposing design improvements.
- Benchmark Analysis
- Research and analyze industry best practices and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in crafting improving and updating delightful User Experiences in relevant fields/ case studies of best design practices.
- Understanding of responsive designs and crossplatform compatibility.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies including testing.
- Passionate about current and future automotive industry insights and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas to stakeholders.
- A passion for creating usercentered designs and a desire to stay uptodate with the latest design trends.
- Knowledge of Figma Adobe suite is a plus. Framer Protopie or relevant prototyping platforms is a bigger plus.
- Motion Graphics knowledge is a big plus along with Lottie file handling experience.
- Bonus Skills:
- Animation: Ability to create engaging animations and microinteractions.
- Motion Design: Understanding of motion design principles and ability to create dynamic user interfaces.
- Vehicle Design Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle design principles and ergonomics.
