Role Overview
As a Sales & Partnerships Manager you will play a critical role in onboarding referral partners and building key partnerships with brands influencers and organizations. You will be responsible for identifying negotiating and managing partnerships that align with our strategic goals while growing our network of referral partners. You will also lead efforts to expand our market presence by collaborating closely with our Product Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Referral Partner Onboarding: Identify engage and onboard highpotential referral partners across multiple domains helping grow the customer base and retailer connections.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage relationships with brands businesses and industry leaders to build longterm mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies focused on partnership development and referral program growth tracking key metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for partnerships and referral programs that align with business goals.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiation processes ensuring favorable terms for both partners and the company while managing contracts and agreements.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing and Sales teams to develop tailored partnership programs and improve the partner onboarding experience.
- Partnership Performance Tracking: Monitor and assess the performance of partners and referral programs making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
- Brand Positioning: Ensure that the partnership initiatives align with the company s brand values and mission enhancing our market reputation.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to the CEO & Founder on the progress of partnership activities revenue growth and the impact of referral programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- 35 years of experience in sales partnership management or business development (experience in eCommerce or retail sectors is preferred but not required).
- Proven track record of establishing and managing highvalue partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication presentation and problemsolving skills.
- Techsavvy with experience in CRM systems and sales automation tools.
Good to Have
- Experience working with highend to standard brands or referralbased business models.
- Familiarity with the UAE market and key players in the eCommerce and retail industry.
- Prior experience in managing crossfunctional teams and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
