About the Role:
We are looking for a smart diligent and proactive Business Development Manager to join our Executive Search and Selection team. The ideal candidate will have a strong hunting exposure and a proven track record of driving business growth through new client acquisition. You will leverage your relationships with CHROs Talent Acquisition Heads and other decisionmakers to promote our services and create customised executive search solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients focusing on CHROs Talent Acquisition Heads and key decisionmakers.
- Develop relationships with senior HR leaders to drive business in sectors like finance technology and healthcare.
- Ensure longterm partnerships by delivering highquality executive search solutions and fostering client satisfaction.
- Strategic Business Development:
- Lead the entire business development process from lead generation to deal closure with a focus on understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to uncover new opportunities and refine service offerings.
- Create and execute business development strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Sales & Marketing Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive leadgeneration campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and strengthen business development efforts.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation:
- Develop and deliver persuasive business proposals presentations and pitches.
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable agreements for clients and the company focusing on longterm partnerships.
- Consultation & Expertise:
- Serve as a consultant to clients offering insights into executive search solutions that address their talent acquisition needs.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and leverage market intelligence to add value to client interactions.
- Performance Tracking:
- Monitor business development activities and key metrics including lead conversions revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Human Resources or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 510 years of experience in business development executive search or recruitment services.
- Strong relationships with CHROs Talent Acquisition Heads and senior decisionmakers.
- A proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals with senior HR executives.
- Experience in selling HR tech solutions is a plus.
