Job Description
- Serve as the Network SME and lead the planning execution and successful delivery of largescale network programs including LAN/WAN cloud networking and network security initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering operations and security teams to ensure that network solutions meet business requirements are scalable and align with industry best practices.
- Manage the endtoend lifecycle of network projects including defining scope objectives deliverables timelines and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams to ensure that network infrastructure upgrades migrations and new implementations are successfully executed within budget and on time.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps ensuring alignment with business priorities and technology strategies.
- Identify potential risks dependencies and obstacles and proactively develop mitigation plans to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all networkrelated program activities providing regular updates and reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Drive process improvements to streamline project delivery reduce operational costs and improve overall network reliability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with network security and regulatory standards during the implementation of infrastructure projects.
- Mentor and guide technical teams in best practices related to program management networking technologies and process improvement.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 7 years of experience managing technical programs with at least 5 years focused on network infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols technologies and best practices (e.g. BGP OSPF MPLS SDWAN VPNs).
- Handson experience working with cloud networking platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and integrating them with onpremises systems.
- Exceptional organizational communication and leadership skills to coordinate crossfunctional teams and manage stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans budgets and resource allocation for large complex programs.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP PMIACP or network certifications (e.g. CCNA CCNP AWS Certified Advanced Networking etc.).
- Experience in working with enterpriselevel network infrastructure and cloudbased networking solutions.
- Familiarity with network security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g. NIST ISO 27001).
- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with DevOps principles.
- 5 years of experience in building and maintaining standards reporting and dashboards within Jira.
