Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented IT Project Administrator to support a largescale integration program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing issues and risks ensuring that they are effectively managed and resolved on time and in alignment with program schedule. This role requires strong communication skills a proactive approach to problemsolving and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning execution and monitoring of deliverables ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Issue and Risk Management: Identify document and track project issues and risks. Develop mitigation strategies and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports meeting minutes and issue/risk logs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams stakeholders and management. Provide regular updates on project status issues and risks.
- Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead project meetings ensuring that agendas are set minutes are recorded and action items are tracked.
- Resource Management: Assist in the allocation and management of project resources ensuring that team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with project objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for project management and infrastructure processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Project Management or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in project administration or coordination preferably in IT infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and project management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with IT infrastructure technologies and concepts (e.g. networking servers cloud computing).
