Objectives of the role
Their highperforming sales team is the engine that drives customer
satisfaction. We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to achieve this on a
regional level. The focus would be to establish and maintain relations with doctors
and distributors by:
- Promoting their products expanding and maintaining business.
- Plan and coordinate sales/ Scrub / PM activities and strategies in assigned geographies focusing on increasing market share procedural base sales and profit.
- Closing sales leads to help generate revenue for the company.
- Responsible for developing implementing and evaluating the sales strategies according to the target product and customers.
- Having strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales/ Scrub team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead Area sales team members and guide them to achieve Surgeries/ sales
- targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with Corporate Hospitals.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements to the
respective team member to improve as and when required.
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual sales forecasts alongside the Zonal / Chief Sales Officer.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client(s) needs.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Required skills and qualifications
- About 10 Years of experience with handson exposure in the Medical Field
(Hospital Sales/ Surgical Consumables/ DealerDistributor Management)
- Exposure & experience in Orthopaedics background/sports medicine
devices sales would be preferred.
- BSc/Bachelor s Degree in Sales or other equivalent degree MBA Business
Administration or similar relevant field.
- In depth knowledge of managing a highperformance sales team.
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills and fluency In English.
- Outstanding Communication presentation And Leadership Skills.
- Applicable experience of sales performance metrics.
- Customer Oriented with Strong Negotiation Skills.
- Analytical and problem solver.
Must Have
For Regional Leading Area sales team members and guide them to achieve Surgeries/ sales targets.
For Zonal Leading North India region team
Negotiate and close agreements with Corporate Hospitals Surgeons and Doctors.
Exposure with OrthoArthroscopy (mandate) and Sports medical device/equipments.
For Regional Sales Should have experience in Delhi NCR and nearby areas (Haryana Rajasthan Uttarakhand)
For Zonal Sales Should have experience in North India region.
