Role description
As a Channel Partner Manager at ElectroNeek you will be responsible for growing and supporting our network of Solution Provider Partners to expand their customer base and deliver complex automation projects. Our partners typically smaller companies with fewer than 500 employees serve a diverse range of businesses across various industries and regions including the US LATAM Brazil and EMEA. You will begin by building your own partnership network and will continue to work closely with the partners you onboard.
By dedicating over 80% of your time to partnership networking you will have the opportunity to close direct sales deals with Enterprise prospects generated by our marketing team. Alternatively you can transfer these prospects to our partners if the fullcycle implementation is required.
You will be reporting directly to the CEO and cofounder of ElectroNeek.

Responsibilities
- Hold and achieve the sales quota for your partnership network.
- Process inbound direct prospect leads to make a sale or transfer to partners.
- Run prospecting campaigns to identify potential new partners based on a provided list of accounts.
- Conduct outreach and establish initial contact with prospective partners.
- Evaluate the suitability of potential partners and onboard them into the program.
- Oversee partner onboarding processes and compliance with program guidelines.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our platform technologies and be able to run independent demos.
- Participate in the webinars and technical training projects.
- Develop and maintain reports to monitor partner performance and program effectiveness.
- Manage program analytics and reporting ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong collaborative relationships.
- Own your territory and the attack plan building an impeccable plan to hit your daily weekly monthly and annual targets.
- Impeccably maintaining our CRM data quality and sales discipline.
- Independent work but realtime support and assistance from your team and leadership.
Requirements
- 5 years of total work experience in IT B2B SaaS.
- At least 3 years of experience in fulllifecycle Software or Tech sales on the Channel Partners side.
- Proven successful prospecting experience with demonstrable metrics.
- College Degree required; MBA is a plus.
- Proficient with a full sales stack including Salesforce AmpleMarket MS Office / GDocs Hubspot Outreach ZoomInfo LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
- Experience in both indirect/channel and direct sales with a high degree of familiarity with the MSP market.
- Strong executive presence via Zoom; comfortable engaging with both business users and Clevel executives.
- Experience in a fastgrowing tech startup ideally for 2 years with a clear understanding of the demands and dynamics.
- Experience collaborating with PreSales Engineering to conduct demonstrations.
- Automation experience is great but at the very least an understanding of the tenets here.
- Proficiency with structured sales methodologies.
- Quick learner with the ability to work productively in highgrowth environments.
- Fluency in English.
