We are hiring Senior Site Engineer for a leading Construction Company

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project managers architects and subcontractors to understand interior finishing requirements
• Oversee the installation of interior finishes such as flooring ceilings walls and fixtures
• Ensure compliance with building codes safety standards and quality assurance
• Develop and implement project plans and schedules for interior finishing work
• Manage and supervise onsite construction activities related to interior finishing
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any issues or defects
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure highquality finishing materials
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the construction team
• Monitor and report on project progress budget and resource utilization
• Ensure effective communication and coordination within the project team and stakeholders
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the interior finishing phase
• Adhere to environmental and sustainability requirements during the finishing process
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to interior finishing
• Conduct final inspections and hand over completed interior finishing work

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a site engineer or construction manager with a focus on interior finishing
• Indepth knowledge of interior finishing materials techniques and processes
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent understanding of building codes regulations and safety standards
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership abilities and experience in managing teams
• Attention to detail and quality with a focus on delivering highstandard finishes
• Problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities under time constraints
• Understanding of sustainable construction practices and environmental considerations
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic construction environment
• Certification in construction management or related field is a plus
• Knowledge of relevant software applications such as AutoCAD and MS Project
