Role: DeveloperJava/J2EE Senior
Supporting: Large Financial Services Client
Location: Hybrid Tuesday through Thursday McLean VA
Position Description:
We are seeking seasoned Senior DeveloperJava/J2EE to join a passionate Agile Product team to design code and test the technological architecture of critical accounting and reporting services. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of fullstack developers to enhance and modernize systems using modern design patterns and architectural principles. Youll be responsible for unit and integration tests developing automation tools and delivering highquality efficient code. If youre a confident selfmotivated professional with a passion for technology and excellent communication skills we want to hear from you!
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science or related field advanced degree preferred; or an equivalent experience / certifications.
57 or more years of experience working in Agile Lean/Kanban or Scrum based Agile organization.
Experience applying TDD BDD and Static Code analysis to improve quality and reliability of delivery
Proficient in code delivery pipelines such as Maven Jenkins Spinnaker
35 years of experience in Design and Development of Applications and Web Services using Java EE Spring / Spring Boot Python
Experience with Java presentation frameworks Angular or similar frameworks
Hands on integration experience using Web Services /REST and EJB; Tomcat experience is a plus.
Experience with MongoDB PostgreSQL MicroServices is strongly preferred
Required Skills : Experience developing Java 15 or above 57 or more years of experience working in Agile Lean/Kanban or Scrum based Agile organization. SQL DB2 knowledge
