Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for an Occupational TherapistHome Health. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Newport VT 05855
Assignment Start Date: 2/3/2025
13 weeks Days 8hour shift 40 hours per week guaranteed
The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed number of hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details.Experience:
- Must have Home Health and Hospice experience.
- Must have experience traveling from patient to patient for home visits.
- Must be able to manage and adjust to changes to schedule.
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- A current and unencumbered VT State registered Occupational Therapist License is required
- BLS/BCLS certification is required
EMR System: HealthWyse (Casamba) experience desired
Shift: Days. Outpatient care. MF 8 am5 pm
