About the Role:
The SPOC Operations Coordination will be an integral part of the MetalMandi Division at Attero
Noida. MetalMandi is a cuttingedge digital platform enabling s vendors across India to list and
sell their materials to Attero.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the central coordinator for all stakeholders involved in a trade postpurchase
negotiation by the Business Development team.
Liaise with the BD team to gather transaction details of negotiated purchases.
Coordinate with internal teams including EPR Logistics Roorkee Unload Roorkee Quality
and Noida Finance to ensure smooth execution of the transaction.
Manage external communications with vendors to ensure timely and accurate completion of
trade processes.
Assist in the creation and circulation of documents necessary for the trade cycle ensuring
accuracy and completeness.
Facilitate the process leading to full and final payment to the vendor.
Maintain strong communication and coordination across teams to ensure seamless
operations.
