CTC Upto 20LPA
Reports To: Regional Head/Head of Collections
Position Type: Fulltime
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Area Legal Manager Collection (Commercial Vehicles) to manage legal collections oversee a team of Agency Collection Managers and work with thirdparty agencies to meet collection targets. The role involves handling legal recovery processes managing team performance and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee legal collection activities for commercial vehicle loans including repossession and legal notices.
- Lead mentor and manage a team of Agency Sales Managers to meet collection targets.
- Collaborate with thirdparty agencies to ensure efficient and compliant collections.
- Monitor legal and regulatory compliance in the recovery process.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on recovery performance.
Requirements:
- Education: LLB (Bachelor’s in Law); LLM is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in legal collections with 2 years managing teams.
- Skills: Strong legal knowledge leadership negotiation and communication skills.
- Attributes: Resultsoriented proactive with attention to detail.
