Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master for a clientfacing role. This is a hybrid position. The candidate must be locally located as occasional onsite meetings will be required. The Scrum Master will be responsible for managing and delivering technologyrelated projects across various departments ensuring seamless collaboration between business and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute largescale IT projects
- Lead and guide technical staff through daily standups and project tasks
- Evaluate and implement new IT strategies and procedures
- Ensure projects meet deadlines stay within budget and achieve desired outcomes
- Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams facilitating communication and ensuring successful project delivery
Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- At least 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role
- Proven experience with software implementations (experience with Copperleaf is a strong plus)
- Strong expertise in agile project management methodologies
- Excellent analytical critical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Detailoriented with a strong focus on meeting deadlines
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
