Job Description
Open Position: Senior Renewals Executive (MNC IT Service Provider)
An MNC IT Service Provider is looking for Senior Renewals Executive to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- More than 3 years of working experience in financial technology industry.
- Key task to ensure renewal of standard contracts are done in a timely manner.
- Responsible to be alert of renewal cycles and prepare renewal packet prior to the cycle.
- Identify clients who are approached by competitors and escalate to management.
- Possess at least Bachelor s Degree.
- Experience in Oracle Salesforce is preferable.
- Excellent attention to details and good communication skills.
- Able to deal with customer s demands well.
- Can solve problems independently.
