Job Description
As a Creative Designer specializing in video editing you will be an integral part of The Lakhani Group s creative team. Your primary focus will be creating visually compelling video content for social media channels and digital campaigns. Collaborating with our marketing team you will produce highquality engaging videos that promote our real estate hospitality and visa services elevating our brand presence globally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Editing:
Edit and produce videos tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok and YouTube.
2. Content Creation:
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm video concepts create storyboards and develop creative briefs aligning with brand goals.
3. Motion Graphics:
Design motion graphics and animations to enhance video content and increase engagement.
4. Social Media Optimization:
Adapt video formats lengths and styles for various social media platforms following the latest trends and best practices.
5. Brand Consistency:
Ensure all video content aligns with The Lakhani Group s brand guidelines messaging and audience expectations.
6. Collaborative Projects:
Work closely with designers copywriters and other team members to execute multimedia campaigns.
7. Trend Analysis:
Monitor social media trends and video editing advancements recommending innovative ideas to keep content fresh and competitive.
Requirements
- Experience:
2 4 years of professional experience in video editing and content creation preferably for social media platforms.
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects and other industrystandard video editing tools.
- Creative Vision:
Strong skills in visual storytelling composition pacing and video aesthetics.
- Social Media Expertise:
Indepth knowledge of best practices for video content on platforms like Instagram Facebook TikTok LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Attention to Detail:
Commitment to delivering polished and highquality video content.
- Time Management:
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Adaptability:
Flexibility to adjust content for various audiences platforms and trends quickly and effectively.
- Languages:
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Portuguese or Mandarin is a plus.
