JOB TITLE & PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Job Title: Learning Administrator

Purpose of the job:

The main responsibility for the position of the Learning administrator is to support the learning coordination team deployment by recording the learning hours and attendance in the systems

POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION

Organisation structure:

Headquarter / Human Resources/Talent Management & Organization development/Learning

Reports directly to:

AU Team Lead/Learning manager

Network & Links

Internal

  • Alstom University team in France (Deployment manager digital team)

  • Alstom University team in India (Learning Coordinator(s)/Administrator(s))

  • Alstom university team in Cluj romania (learning coordinators)

  • Trainers Internal customer as participants

External

  • External Training Providers & organizations

  • Trainers

ACCOUNTABILITIES & AUTHORITIES

  • Managing training requests and schedules as per the business requirement for Alstom offices across the Globe in coordination with the team in France in India/Cluj the sites and the trainers.

  • Most of the tasks have to be done by using our Learning Management System as registrations & cancellation follow up

  • Ensures professional data quality of training sessions by following internal processes standards and tools appropriate for planning and deployment

  • maintenance of the training process and employee training data using given systems (Learning Catalogue LMS evaluation tools)

  • daytoday responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction including immediate correction and followup on any detected or reported issues as described in the process

Performance measurements:

  • Learning Training hours

EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES & REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Minimum requirement is Bachelors Degree.

Desirable:

  • University degree in human resources / business

Experience:

Mandatory:

  • Minimum 23 years of experience in an equivalent function

Desirable:

  • Previous experience with a LMS is a plus

Competencies & Skills

  • Reactivity to manage unexpected / short notice requirements

  • At ease with IT tools: Excel Word LMS

  • Collaboration &Teamwork

  • Fluent in the English language written and spoken
