Job Description
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Raising invoices and issuing reports across a large range of national customers
Preparing vouchers for Specialist Consultants
- Assist with accounts queries
- Providing assistance to the Operations Manager and participate in adhoc projects as required
Qualifications :
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent stakeholder support both internally and externally
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software
- High regard for confidentiality
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
