Job Title: Franchise Relations Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Relations Executive to join our
media companys Franchise Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for building and maintaining positive relationships with our franchisees ensuring their
success and promoting the growth of our franchise network. The Franchise Relations
Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees providing support
guidance and resources to help them achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees serving as their main
point of contact for all inquiries concerns and support needs.
Provide ongoing training guidance and assistance to franchisees on operational
procedures marketing strategies and best practices for business success.
Monitor franchisee performance and compliance with brand standards policies
and procedures.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing operations and
finance to support franchisee initiatives and address their needs.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess franchisee operations
provide feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate and facilitate franchisee meetings conferences and training
sessions.
Assist in the development and implementation of franchise programs initiatives
and policies.
Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for franchisees within the
organization representing their interests and feedback to senior management.
Handle franchisee escalations and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional
manner.
Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities
to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Prepare reports presentations and analysis related to franchise performance
trends and initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Hospitality
Management or related field.
Proven experience in franchise relations preferably in the media or
entertainment industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport
and trust with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic
environment.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM
software.
Willingness to travel frequently to visit franchise locations (as needed).
Knowledge of franchising regulations legal requirements and best practices is a
plus.
Additional Information:
This is a fulltime position with regular business hours. Some evening and
weekend work may be required for franchisee meetings and events.
Travel to franchise locations will be necessary estimated at specify
percentage%.
