Job Description

Overview:
The MBA Grads for Sales position is a pivotal role that aims to drive revenue growth and build lasting customer relationships in the thriving Mumbai market. Sales professionals in this position will be instrumental in understanding customer needs promoting products or services and achieving sales targets. As the frontline representatives of the company MBA graduates bring a fresh perspective and innovative strategies to our sales process. The right candidate will often collaborate with various teams from marketing to product development ensuring that customer feedback is communicated effectively. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct indepth market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and support.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Analyze customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports to the management team.
  • Participate in networking events trade shows and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide feedback from clients to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements ensuring mutual benefit and satisfaction.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new sales staff as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to achieve shared company objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.
Required Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
  • 02 years of experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
  • Understanding of the Mumbai market dynamics is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
