Job Description
Job Title: Technical Specialist Affiliate Marketing
Location: Vadodara Gujarat (Onsite)
Industry: IT / Digital Marketing
Shift Timings: UK Shift (11:00 AM to 9:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM DST)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven Technical Specialist (Affiliate Marketing) to join our dynamic and growing marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about affiliate marketing performancedriven campaigns and relationship management. The role focuses on optimizing and scaling affiliate partnerships managing CPA/CPC/CPL campaigns and working closely with technical tools for tracking and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Program Management: Identify recruit and onboard new affiliate partners while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing affiliates.
- Campaign Execution and Optimization: Collaborate with affiliate partners to develop and optimize campaigns ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Performance Marketing: Manage performancebased campaigns (CPA CPC CPL) continuously monitoring KPIs such as conversions ROI and traffic quality to maximize results.
- Technical Integrations: Work with tools and platforms like HasOffers Tune Post Affiliate Pro and similar to integrate test and monitor affiliate programs effectively.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance using platforms like Google Analytics preparing detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
- Marketing Analytics: Use tracking tools and dashboards to monitor affiliate campaigns identify areas of improvement and recommend growth strategies.
- Partner Relationship Management: Act as the key point of contact for affiliates providing necessary support resolving queries and nurturing longterm partnerships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams (SEO PPC Business Development) to align affiliate marketing strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Strategic Initiatives: Explore and implement new affiliate strategies promotional techniques and marketing opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- 13 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of CPA CPC CPL campaign models.
- Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms such as HasOffers Tune Impact or Post Affiliate Pro.
- Knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics Mixpanel or similar platforms.
- Experience in campaign data analysis reporting and performance optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong multitasking organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with affiliate networks influencer platforms and performancebased partnerships.
- Experience with technical integrations such as API setup pixel tracking or postback URL configurations.
- A solid understanding of digital advertising (Google Ads Social Media Ads) and SEO strategies.
- Exposure to international affiliate campaigns (specifically UK/US markets).
- Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and tools in affiliate and performance marketing.
