Job Description

Role: Project Manager
Exp: 6 Years
Location: Mumbai
Working Mode: 6 Days WFO

Job Description
As a Project Manager at FieldAssist you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful execution of technical projects. You will collaborate closely with clients internal teams and external stakeholders to define project scope develop project plans and ensure the delivery of highquality solutions. This role requires a strong technical background exceptional project management skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
  • Define project scope objectives deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones resource allocation and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure project delivery within scope schedule and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources both internal and external to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor and the primary point of contact for projectrelated matters.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate project updates risks and issues to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Manage client expectations ensuring alignment between project objectives and deliverables.
Collaboration:
  • Lead and motivate crossfunctional project teams including developers engineers designers and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.
  • Provide guidance coaching and mentorship to team members fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members promoting a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
  • Define and implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of highquality solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Identify assess and manage project risks proactively addressing potential issues and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct thorough project reviews and postimplementation evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports including key metrics milestones achieved risks and issues to project sponsors stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Communicate project updates and progress through presentations meetings and written documentation.
  • Engage in effective and timely communication with internal teams clients and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • At least 6 years of experience in technical project management preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies agile frameworks and project management best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects within scope schedule and budget.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities with the capacity to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Solid problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile certifications are a plus.
