Job Description
Job Title: Senior Accountant / Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts
Location: Gurugram
Experience: Minimum 5 years postqualification
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting:
- Preparation and finalization of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Consolidation of financial data and preparation of management reports.
2. Audit and Compliance:
- Coordinate and manage statutory audits internal audits and tax audits.
- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations (GST TDS etc.).
- Assist in regulatory filings and ensure timely submission of reports.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in preparing budgets forecasts and variance analysis.
- Provide insights to management for strategic decisionmaking.
4. Taxation:
- Handle tax planning return filing and assessmentrelated matters.
- Keep updated with changes in tax laws and ensure adherence.
5. Accounts Payable:
- Manage and oversee accounts payable processes.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and collection from customers.
6. ERP and Automation:
- Assist in system implementation or migration if required.
7. Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor junior accountants.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team productivity and knowledge.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and principles (Ind AS preferred).
- Expertise in financial analysis reporting and MIS.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (Tally).
- Indepth understanding of GST Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Excellent analytical communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
Educational Qualifications:
- CA Inter with 5 years of relevant experience.
