Qualifications & Experience
1. 8 12 years of Overall work experience in IT domain in Presales and Bid Management
2. Bachelor s degree in computer science/electronics/other engineering stream is Must; MBA shall be a plus.
3. Rich Bid Management Experience in Public Cloud Bids (GCP/AWS/Azure) and Datacentre Bids
4. Any public cloud certification shall be a plus.
5. Rich and diverse background and understanding of Global Business and Outsourcing markets and partnership management
6. Ability to quickly learn multitask and exhibit a high level of enthusiasm commitment initiative collaboration and creativity.
7. Ability to perform under stringent timelines.
8. Very high energy level with a positive disposition. A selfstarter who is customer focused.
Responsibilities:
1. End to End responsibility & ownership for managing large mid & small sized RFPs RFIs RFQ s RFX s and Proactive Deals for Public Cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure) MultiCloud & Hybrid Cloud
2. Managing multiple stakeholder teams Sales Solution Architects Finance Legal Service Delivery etc. as required setting up and driving endtoend cadence & deal governance.
3. Ensuring that customer requirements are addressed in totality along with all the key stakeholders during multiple deal engagement phases Cadence calls Q&A TechnoCommercial Proposal Preparations Sizing Effort & Pricing Estimations product and solution briefings and Bid defence presentations.
4. Must be well versed with Proposal preparation (Word & PPT) Bid Compliance
documentation adhering to submission timelines excel based effort estimations delivery and finance approvals driving bid defence presentations preparing SOWs etc
5. Funnel Preparation and Management
6. Handon Expert in MS Excel PPT and Word
7. Maintain & enhance the central documents repository.
8. Good knowledge in GCP IaaS solution and Cloud Operations shall be a plus
9. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required.
Good To Have Skills
1. Experience & knowledge in any Industry vertical BFSI RCPG Telco etc
2. Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business product services and
technical challenges with the ability to build strong industry relationships.
3. Ability to understand and work with new emerging technologies methodologies and solutions in the Cloud technology space.
4. Develop and implement strategy and framework to support large transformational pursuits.
