Job Overview: As the HRBP for Creditas you will work closely with business leaders and managers to align people strategies with business objectives. You will be responsible for driving employee welfare managing employee relations resolving grievances and implementing bestinclass people practices. Your primary goal will be to enhance employee experience build a culture of high performance and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the endtoend employee lifecycle and relationships for 200 employees across various functions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and provide HR expertise to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Handle complex employee relations issues offering guidance on conflict resolution performance improvement and disciplinary actions.
- Work closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships build morale and boost productivity and retention.
- Lead or support change management initiatives and organizational development programs aimed at improving team effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies providing guidance on HRrelated legal matters.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decisionmaking identify trends and drive strategic HR initiatives.
- Implement employee engagement activities to improve job satisfaction and reduce turnover.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 5 years of experience in business partner role
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and selfmotivated able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to understand and address the concerns of employees and management.
- High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Conflict Resolution: Skilled in conflict resolution and mediation techniques.
