We are seeking a motivated and organized HR and Recruiter to manage our recruitment processes and handle key HR functions at our digital marketing agency. This role involves recruiting top talent fostering a positive company culture and ensuring smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and a strong understanding of the digital marketing industry.
Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in digital marketing roles (social media managers SEO specialists content creators etc.).
- Source candidates through job portals social media and networking events.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process with department heads and hiring managers.
- Maintain an uptodate candidate database and pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms (LinkedIn job boards etc.).
- Manage offer negotiation onboarding and orientation for new hires.
HR Operations:
- Oversee employee onboarding ensuring new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the company culture.
- Maintain employee records ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
- Address employee queries regarding benefits policies and procedures.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies that align with the agency s values.
- Organize teambuilding events and initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.
- Support performance management processes and help coordinate employee reviews.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive company culture.
Compliance & Administration:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and agency policies.
- Handle administrative tasks like attendance tracking leave management and payroll assistance.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues ensuring a positive workplace environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR generalist or recruiter preferably within a digital marketing agency or creative industry.
- Understanding of the digital marketing landscape and related roles (e.g. SEO content marketing PPC social media).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with digital marketing agency recruitment or working in a fastpaced creative environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed and other job portals.
- Experience in employee engagement and culturebuilding initiatives.
- Basic knowledge of payroll systems and HR management software.
