Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized HR and Recruiter to manage our recruitment processes and handle key HR functions at our digital marketing agency. This role involves recruiting top talent fostering a positive company culture and ensuring smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and a strong understanding of the digital marketing industry.

Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in digital marketing roles (social media managers SEO specialists content creators etc.).
  • Source candidates through job portals social media and networking events.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process with department heads and hiring managers.
  • Maintain an uptodate candidate database and pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms (LinkedIn job boards etc.).
  • Manage offer negotiation onboarding and orientation for new hires.

HR Operations:

  • Oversee employee onboarding ensuring new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the company culture.
  • Maintain employee records ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
  • Address employee queries regarding benefits policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies that align with the agency s values.
  • Organize teambuilding events and initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Support performance management processes and help coordinate employee reviews.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive company culture.

Compliance & Administration:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and agency policies.
  • Handle administrative tasks like attendance tracking leave management and payroll assistance.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues ensuring a positive workplace environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR generalist or recruiter preferably within a digital marketing agency or creative industry.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing landscape and related roles (e.g. SEO content marketing PPC social media).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with digital marketing agency recruitment or working in a fastpaced creative environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed and other job portals.
  • Experience in employee engagement and culturebuilding initiatives.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll systems and HR management software.
