Job Description:
- Managing the sales process for the region both B2B and B2C including planning and executing the demand generation activities.
- Assign task to each TM.
- Channel interaction on daily basis.
- Meet farmers/group of farmers.
- Manage receivables.
- Participation in meetings.
- Breakup of monthly sales target in channel wise territory wise and achieve goal.
- Participate in monthly demand generation planning
- Resource allocation.
RequirementsQualifications/Skills
- Candidate should be M.SC/B.SC(Agri)/B.Tech (Agri) with 8 plus years of experience and a good academic record right through from his school.
- Should have worked in large agriinput companies in sales and marketing.
- Strong commercial acumen team and channel handling experience.
- Good communication skills and should be fluent in English Hindi
- Basic computer skills with MS Office
- Role requires extensive travelling of more than 15 days a month
