Trainer Soft Services
Overview: As a Trainer Soft Services you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective training and development of soft services staff within our organization. You will be responsible for designing delivering and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our soft services team ultimately contributing to the overall excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for soft services staff covering areas such as cleaning techniques customer service and safety protocols.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and develop targeted training initiatives.
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training through assessments feedback and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content remains uptodate and aligned with industry best practices.
- Provide individual coaching and support to staff members to enhance their performance and skill set.
- Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of training programs.
- Stay current with developments in soft services and incorporate relevant updates into training content.
- Maintain training materials including manuals guides and visual aids.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business Administration or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in training delivery particularly within the soft services industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of soft services practices including cleaning hygiene and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey training material and interact with trainees.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple training initiatives.
- Proficiency in using various training methodologies and tools to create engaging and effective training programs.
- Experience in performance evaluation and feedback provision to enhance staff competencies.
- Flexibility to travel for training purposes as and when required.
