- Overseeing the daily operations of the branch.
- Setting targets for the branch and ensuring they are met.

- Building and maintaining relationships with highvalue clients.
- Understanding clients financial needs and offering appropriate banking solutions.
- Crossselling banking products and services.

- Handling client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
