Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably in the automotive or engineering industries
- Demonstrated leadership experience including managing a team of recruiters
- Proven track record of successfully filling key roles with toptier talent
- Strong understanding of engineering and automotive industry trends and talent requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and trends to drive strategic decisionmaking
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment practices
- HR certification such as PHR or SPHR is a plus
