Overview:
The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the organization by identifying new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships. This position is essential for expanding the companys market presence and achieving revenue targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and email campaigns.
- Research accounts identify key players and generate interest.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
Qualification Criteria:
- Proven inside sales/ BDE/SDR experience in the IT service industry a minimum of 1 year
- Strong phone presence and experience with cold calls and emails
- Good Understanding of the B2B IT product market and digital commerce market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Handson with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
