Job Description

Ratti Brands is a D2C and Dermocosmetic Beauty Startup with Business Verticals in Clinical Dermatology based in South Delhi. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with indepth experience in Planning Executing and Managing Digital Marketing Campaigns for the company s multiple brands. The Right Candidate would have experience in both the D2C and B2B space as well as Lead Generation for Brick & Mortar Retail Stores. The Candidate would be required to collaborate with various agencies and internal teams to seamlessly execute oversee and report on various digital marketing campaigns across channels.

The candidate would have a change to rapidly grow with the company as it expands across India and its International locations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns including SMM SEO AI Mgmg. PPC Email WhatsApp and others.
  • Analyze and optimize brand websites and digital assets for growth.
  • Create and engage with content marketing teams to develop strategies driving engagement and sales growth.
  • Create and manage lead generation campaigns and optimize for Foot Fall at the company s retail aesthetics clinics.
  • Oversee the organizations social media presence and engagement strategies across various platforms.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor the performance of various campaigns track KPIs and provide detailed reports with actionable insights
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with the latest social media trends algorithm changes and industry best practices to ensure strategies remain relevant and effective.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with agency including the marketing content and product departments to ensure alignment across campaigns.
  • Manage and allocate digital marketing budget effectively to meet predefined goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new digital marketing opportunities to expand the organizations online presence and reach.

Skills Required:
Digital marketing tools: Meta Business & Ads Manager Google Ads Manager Google Analytics Shopify WhatsApp marketing tools Social Media Content Management tools Google Drive Power Point Excel Word.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communication or related field; Masters degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing. Experience in D2C and Retail marketing. Experience with Beauty / Clinical Brands Preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation systems.
