Job Description

Job Title: Accounting & Admin Executive
Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat
Job Overview:
We are an Ahmedabadbased company looking for a detailoriented Accounting and Admin Executive who is proficient in Accounting Bookkeeping and Administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daytoday accounting activities ensuring compliance with TDS GST and Tally operations and handling administrative functions like partner travel coordination and scheduling. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting & Bookkeeping: Handle daytoday accounting activities using Tally including managing financial transactions invoices and payments.
  • Tax Compliance: Manage GST and TDS calculations filing and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial reports balance sheets and profit and loss statements for review.
  • Partner Travel & Scheduling: Manage travel arrangements scheduling and other administrative duties for company partners.
  • Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Admin Functions: Assist with general office administration including maintaining records organizing meetings and handling correspondence.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related fields.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping. Proficiency in Tally is a must.
  • Tax Knowledge: Strong understanding of GST TDS and compliance requirements.
  • Admin Skills: Good organizational skills and experience in travel planning and schedule management.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel Word) and Tally.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in accounting entries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • A proactive and selfmotivated attitude with a willingness to learn.
