Job Description
Job Title: Production Supervisor (Medical Devices)
Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Biomedical Industrial) or Life Sciences.
- Certifications like Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing or CPIM are a plus.
Experience:
- Several years in manufacturing ideally in medical devices or a regulated industry.
- Supervisory or leadership experience in a production environment.
Key Skills:
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with FDA regulations ISO standards and GMP.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of production processes manufacturing software and medical device technology.
- ProblemSolving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in English.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Quality Control: Ensures products meet quality and regulatory standards.
- Project Management: Skilled in planning and executing production schedules.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
Production Management:
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure schedules are met.

- Conduct inprocess inspections and manage deviations.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise production staff and provide training opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Report and address safety incidents.
Process Improvement:
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
