What You ll Do
Client Relationship Management
- Build and sustain trusted partnerships with highprofile clients.
- Conduct regular client visits to identify strategic needs and opportunities.
- Unlock new business opportunities within an existing portfolio of prestigious clients.
Recruitment Process Management
- Translate client requirements into actionable briefs for our expert sourcing team.
- Oversee prescreening interviews and candidate selection to deliver bestfit talent.
- Coordinate consultant mobilisation with internal teams ensuring a seamless experience.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and exceed set objectives (KPIs).
- Provide insightful reports and forecasts to inform decisionmaking.
- Stay ahead with market analysis to deliver strategic value to clients.
About You
Qualifications & Experience
- A university degree in any discipline.
- 56 years of experience in recruitment technical services or industrial sectors.
- Proven expertise in the energy sector (Oil & Gas preferred).
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and its unique dynamics.
Skills & Traits
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership and problemsolving abilities.
