Responsibilities
  • Lead the presales efforts by collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of RFPs/RFIs ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with business needs.
  • Conduct customer demonstrations and oversee the deployment of solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Analyse prospective customer business challenges and recommend appropriate cloud solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Create and deliver detailed solution documents technical presentations and proposals to key decisionmakers.
  • Assist in closing deals by providing technical expertise and supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
  • Stay updated on industry trends particularly in IaaS and PaaS services and share insights with the team.
  • Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing within the presales team.
MustHave Requirements
  • 68 years of experience in a PreSales Solution Architect or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud migration and management of customer cloud environments.
  • Proven experience with AWS IaaS and PaaS services.
  • Ability to create compelling solution design documents and technical presentations.
  • Familiarity with cloud orchestration tools and strong sizing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of engaging with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
