Knowledge & Experience
- 510 years of relevant experience in managing teams developing complex enterprise applications using:
- Java and Spring Boot
- Message Queues (e.g. Apache Kafka RabbitMQ)
- Multithreading
- SQL (preferably MySQL)
- Preferred experience in a startup environment.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams to deliver endtoend solutions for complex challenges and building various features.
- Strong background in product development and startup environments.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Agile methodologies and design patterns.
- Proficiency in using GitHub and Jira for version control and project management.
- Ability to mentor and lead a team in a fastpaced environment fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
- A highgrowth/startup mindset is essential.
- Contributions to opensource projects or an active Git profile are a significant plus.
- Interest in cloud security is highly advantageous.
- Experience in developing data centre applications related to cloud security backup and disaster recovery is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is an additional benefit.

- Experience with any cloud platform.
- Previous experience in leading a team.
