Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10AM7PM/10.30AM7.30PM)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator with 34 years of experience in the fashion apparel or lifestyle industry. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion exceptional writing skills and a strong command of social media platforms especially Instagram. As a Content Creator you will be responsible for creating engaging content across all digital channels driving customer engagement and increasing brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Creation: Develop curate and manage content for all social media
platforms (Instagram Facebook Twitter Pinterest YouTube LinkedIn etc.) ensuring brand
consistency.
Website Content Management: Write and manage website content including product write
ups blogs and landing page content.
Product Descriptions: Craft engaging product descriptions highlighting features benefits
and key selling points.
Customer Engagement:
o Solicit reviews and ratings from customers and manage user feedback.
o Incentivize customers to share pictures and videos on Instagram by tagging the
brand increasing usergenerated content (UGC).
Content Strategy & Amplification:
o Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute content strategies that
align with brand goals and objectives.
o Focus on content amplification to reach a wider audience across digital channels.
Collaboration with Agencies & Influencers:
o Partner with agencies and influencers brief them on the companys content
requirements and get relevant content created apart from your own content
creation efforts.
3Cs (Content Content & Content): Maintain a consistent focus on content creation across
all sources Own Agencies & Consumers ensuring the brands presence is engaging and
consistent.
UserGenerated Content (UGC): Manage and leverage UGC for social media and marketing
campaigns building a community around the brand.
Ad Copywriting: Develop creative ad copies for digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads
Facebook Ads etc.).
Product Reviews & Ratings: Oversee customer reviews and ratings responding to feedback
and managing content related to customer testimonials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in English Communications Journalism or a related field (English Hons
preferred).
34 years of experience in content creation for the fashion apparel or lifestyle industry.
Exceptional communication skills with a flair for creative writing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms especially Instagram.
Proficiency in digital content creation including social media posts blogs product write
ups and ad copy.
Experience with SEO and keyword optimization is a plus.
Skills Required:
Creative Writing: Strong writing skills with a unique voice particularly in fashion and
lifestyle content.
Social Media Expertise: Proficient in creating content for Instagram Facebook Twitter etc. with a deep understanding of platformspecific best practices.
Customer Engagement: Experience in engaging customers to solicit reviews ratings and
incentivizing them to share usergenerated content.
Collaboration: Ability to work with agencies and influencers to create engaging and
relevant content.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous about maintaining brand tone and consistency across all
content.
