Overview
The Graphic Designer Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the graphic design team providing creative direction and ensuring the delivery of highquality design solutions that meet the organizations objectives. Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the graphic design team to meet project objectives and deadlines
- Provide creative direction and guidance on design projects
- Oversee the development of visual concepts graphics and layouts
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand design requirements and deliver solutions
- Review and approve design drafts mockups and final deliverables
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Implement and maintain efficient design processes and workflows
- Communicate and coordinate with external vendors and freelancers as needed
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with leadership responsibilities
- Demonstrated expertise in graphic design software and tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions
- Excellent knowledge of design principles color theory and typography
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Ability to inspire motivate and develop a highperforming design team
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of delivering highquality design projects on time and within budget
- Uptodate with the latest design trends techniques and technologies

- Knowledge of digital marketing and web design is a plus
