About This Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive our growth efforts by implementing a wide range of strategies to acquire new users and retain existing ones. In this role you will take the lead in shaping and executing the product marketing strategy for our company. Strong storytelling skills along with exceptional written and verbal communication are critical as is a proven ability to manage crossfunctional initiatives and deliver measurable results.

This position is ideal for those who excel in proactive problemsolving and enjoy handson work. Success requires a sense of urgency and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams including engineering product management and brand design. Your primary focus will be on improving communication strategies for both new and existing users making this role wellsuited for candidates with a solid understanding of the data landscape and a passion for creating impactful product marketing strategies from the ground up.

What Youll Be Doing

This role is central to our mission of creating exceptional user experiences. Youll work across the marketing funnel ensuring our strategies drive acquisition activation and retention. Heres what youll focus on:

Users Insights and Storytelling

Understand User Behavior: Analyze user data and behaviors to identify needs and craft strategies that address them. Leverage quantitative and qualitative research to identify opportunities within the funnel and validate ideas

DataDriven Content: Use insights to create stories and campaigns that drive engagement trust and conversion.


    Product Marketing

    Shape Our Identity: Own the tone of voice and brand style guide to ensure consistency and authenticity across all communications.

    Elevate the Brand: Collaborate to create compelling communication materials including static audio and video content to drive successful adoption and engagement of our products ensuring users see us as an indispensable part of their lives.

    GotoMarket Leadership: Drive product launches by owning audience strategies messaging and multichannel campaigns.


      Lifecycle Marketing

      Engage Across the Journey: Build personalized lifecycle campaigns that guide users from first touch to loyal advocates.

      Retention Strategies: Develop initiatives to keep users engaged and reduce churn focusing on longterm loyalty.

      Maximize Impact: Use CRM and marketing automation tools to deliver targeted databacked communication at every stage of the lifecycle.


        Experimentation and Scale

        Hypothesis Testing: Run experiments to validate ideas and optimize campaigns for impact.

        Measure and Scale: Track key metrics to inform decisionmaking and scale successful campaigns effectively.

        What Youll Bring

        Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience in Growth Marketing and CRM/Lifecycle/Engagement marketing.

        Brand Storytelling: Proven ability to craft compelling brand narratives that resonate and engage.

        DataDriven Mindset: Comfortable working with data and using data and intuition to inform decisionmaking

        Collaborative Energy: Strong track record of working across teams to deliver cohesive and impactful strategies.
