Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist Intern to manage our frontoffice operations. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain exposure to office management and customer service roles.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and clients warmly ensuring they feel welcomed.
  • Answer phone calls respond to emails and handle general inquiries.
  • Schedule meetings maintain the reception area and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks including data entry filing and organizing office supplies.
  • Support other departments with clerical work and help manage office operations smoothly.
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field (Business Administration etc. preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel).
  • Organized with an eye for detail and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and handle frontdesk duties efficiently.
