Job Description
Production Executive (The company is a leading manufacturer of acid and direct dyes.)
Job Location: Taloja
Experience : Min 2 Years
Education : B.Sc Graduate / BE Chemical
Salary : 20k to 25k(Gross)
Job Profile and Responsibilities for Production Executive:
Batch monitoring & processing as per the production plan
Handling shift manpower e.g. Operator Helper
Fill BMR & Other documents as per ISO norms
Coordinate with maintenance department QC department R&D Department.
To synthesize dye molecule acid / direct dye as per the process or by literature survey.
To evaluate root cause analysis of ongoing plant batches and rectification at small Scale/pilot scale.
Documentation as per ISO Norms i.e. Design Plan Design Input Design Output & Design Verification.
