Overview:
The Digital Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in developing implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company and its products or services. This individual will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space and as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Optimize content for the website and social networking channels
- Conduct and report analysis of web traffic and online engagement metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience
- Manage email and social media marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Handle affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM marketing database email social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage inform and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Working knowledge of adserving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Numerically literate comfortable working with numbers making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking
