Job Title: BAMS/BHMS RMO without FMGE/MBBS ER & ICU Experience
Overview:
The BAMS/BHMS RMO (Resident Medical Officer) without FMGE/MBBS ER & ICU Experience plays a crucial role in providing medical care and support to patients. They are responsible for ensuring the wellbeing and treatment of patients particularly in emergency and critical care situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments and examinations
- Assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions
- Monitoring and managing patients in emergency and ICU settings
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Participating in patient care rounds and case discussions
- Responding to medical emergencies and providing appropriate interventions
- Collaborating with medical and nursing staff to ensure highquality patient care
- Ensuring compliance with medical protocols and standards
- Documenting patient information and treatment plans accurately
- Providing medical guidance and support to nursing and support staff
- Communicating with patients and their families regarding their care and treatment
- Participating in continuous medical education and training programs
- Assisting in research activities and clinical audits
- Adhering to ethical and professional standards in medical practice
- Following hospital policies and procedures at all times
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) or Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) qualification
- Registered with the respective medical council
- Understanding of emergency medicine principles and practices
- Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and highpressure environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Capacity to make timely and sound medical decisions
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patientcentered care
- Adherence to medical ethics and confidentiality requirements
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is advantageous
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems and medical documentation
