Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for 70% recruitment and remaining 30% HR generalist activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates
- Oversee and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Handle employee relations grievances and disciplinary procedures
- Administer and maintain HRIS and employee records
- Stay uptodate with labor legislation and ensure compliance
- Conduct performance management and improvement systems
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives
- Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Support the organizations culture and reinforce company values
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role in the IT industry
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and hiring processes
- Proficient in HRIS with the ability to maintain and make necessary updates to HR databases
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ethical standards with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Effective conflict resolution and problemsolving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Professional certification (e.g. SHRMCP or PHR) is a plus
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Sound understanding of employee engagement strategies
- Capability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
